Mamoon Hamid is a General Partner at Social + Capital, an early-stage Venture Capital firm. Hamid focuses on Enterprise Software-as-a-Service and has invested in some of the most disruptive SaaS companies in the market today, including Box, Yammer and Slack.

Prior to Social+Capital, Mamoon was a Partner at U.S. Venture Partners and started his Silicon Valley career at Xilinx where he spent six years in various engineering and marketing roles. Mamoon holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, an MS from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
